Pre-Registration Form

 

The pre-registration for the AoF SummerClass 2008 is open:
• The pre-registration form below should be filled in.
• Your updated resume / CVshould email immediately to: contact-us@arts-of-fashion.org.
• A 10% deposit is required with your pre-registration form (PayPal) to secure your spot - space is limited.
• Do not forget to print the receipt.

Please carefully follow the different steps. After receiving your pre-registration form, resume and deposit, the Arts of Fashion Foundation will review it. The PDF brochure of your Summer Class Program 2008 along with instructions and details will be emailed to you, successfully completing your final enrollment. At this time you will be required to pay in full the tuition fees.

The 10% deposit will be refunded to you whether or not you choose to finalize your final registration. Only payment in full will secure your registration in the SummerClass Program 2008.
